(1) The Blue Mountains Low Cost Counselling & Psychotherapy
Clinic
The aim of the Blue Mountains Low Cost Counselling & Psychotherapy
clinic is to provide you with affordable, long or short term, professional
help. I do not receive any government or other funding and to allow
me to continue offering this low cost service, I request that all
clients abide by the following terms and conditions:
fees:
- If payment of the scheduled fees is a problem please talk to
me about this before the session commences.
- All fees are due at the end of each consultation. Payment may
be made at this time by cash or a cheque.
- If you choose to use a credit card, this is available only
through ' Paymate '
and should be paid prior to your counselling session. There will
be a $5 handling fee for these transactions.
- If you wish to pay by direct debit from your bank account,
please ask me for details. Payment is due within 24 hours of
your session.
(2) Parramatta Clinic
As an associate with 'Life Counselling', I am unable to offer
the same flexibility of payment, but fees chargeable are still
less than the recommended hourly rate, by PACFA.

made at this time by cash or by eftpos.

cancellations:
- Where it is at all possible, I ask that you give
me 24 hours notice if you do not intend to attend
a session already booked.
- If you give me less than 24 hours
notice of a cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee may be charged
to cover some of my loss of fees, as it is unlikely that I will
have been able to allocate this space to another client.
- If you do not cancel a booked session and fail to
attend, payment of the full session fee is due.
