There are times in everybody's life when they know that they are not
coping as well as they may. Sometimes the cause is obvious, the loss
of a loved one or the end of a relationship. Other times, you may not
be clear as to why you feel so anxious or depressed.
Counselling
and Psychotherapy are not just about listening and empathy. They
can also provide you with the tools required in order that you can
solve your own problems through education, understanding of your
individual personality traits and achievement of personal growth.
There are many reasons why people seek counselling, these are only

Face-to-face therapy can help you to identify the areas that you want

modalities. I do not have a 'one fits all' approach to counselling
and sessions may include any, or none of the following:

- Sandplay Therapy
- Genograms of your family of origin
